Saturday 13 August, as usual, the ‘Cotechino Day’ returns, a day dedicated to the tasty sausage typical of Modena.
And the ‘heart of Modena’, the Albinelli Market, hosts this initiative at Bar Schiavoni and the Artigiani del Gusto, which has exceeded twenty editions and continues to attract the favor of Modenese and tourists.
The program provides from 7 to 15.30 the opportunity to taste the now well-known ‘Panino al Cotechino’ at Bar Schiavoni, as well as other specialties such as salty panettone with cotechino, while from 12 to 15.30 in via Albinelli the ‘Schiavoni Rock Band’ will play to accompany the tastings.
At the Artisans of Taste from 10 am to 3.30 pm, also in the Albinelli Market, space for cotechino and other specialties, such as ribs, sausage, potatoes and panettone with mascarpone for an ideal ‘Christmas in August’.
‘Cotechino Day’ is an always awaited and very popular event, with a musical touch to make this which has now become a Modenese tradition in the Albinelli Market area even more enjoyable.
